Alberta Ground Control Inc. is a facility/line Locating company formed by Don Elford. The Company was formed in May of 2000. Alberta Ground Control offers exceptional experience in a wide range of specialized locating services. Our clients can expect professional project planning. Underground utilities/facilities will be located, then above ground and underground facilities can be digitally recorded and drafted into As-built drawings.
